By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of PureLeads is also subject to our Terms of Service.

  • Process purchases, update credit balances, maintain transaction records, and prevent payment fraud.
  • Provide customer service, investigate errors, and respond to support or privacy requests.
  • Monitor performance, improve features, maintain reliability, and understand service usage.
  • Detect abuse, credential attacks, scraping misuse, malicious activity, and violations of our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect legal rights.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis, which may include performing a contract, complying with law, protecting legitimate business and security interests, or obtaining consent.

Business Lead and Public-Source Data

PureLeads compiles business information in response to customer searches. Depending on source availability and the requested search, results may include a business name, category, address, telephone number, website, public email address, owner or contact name, ratings, reviews, social-media links, map links, and source information.

This information may come from business websites, directories, maps, search providers, social profiles, public contact pages, licensed providers, customer instructions, and other lawful or publicly accessible sources. Availability, accuracy, and freshness may vary.

Account data and lead-result data are different. PureLeads does not treat the inclusion of public business information in a requested lead report as the sale of a customer’s PureLeads account information. Customers remain responsible for using lead results in accordance with applicable privacy, marketing, telephone, email, advertising, and consumer-protection laws.

A business or authorized representative may request review, correction, or suppression of information associated with that business. We may request reasonable verification before acting on the request. We cannot guarantee removal from an independent third-party source that we do not control.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

  • Service providers: hosting, database, security, analytics, email, customer-support, file-storage, and infrastructure providers.
  • Payment providers: Stripe, PayPal, cryptocurrency payment providers, or another provider selected at checkout.
  • Data and search providers: mapping, business-information, website, and search services used to process requested lead jobs.
  • Professional advisers: attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants subject to appropriate obligations.
  • Authorities and legal recipients: when required by law, legal process, court order, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or protect safety and legal rights.
  • Business-transfer recipients: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
  • Recipients you direct: when you ask us to email, export, share, or otherwise deliver information.

Sale and sharing of account information

PureLeads does not sell customers’ account information for money. PureLeads also does not knowingly share customers’ account information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.

Payment information

Complete payment-card numbers and card security codes are submitted directly to the selected payment provider. PureLeads may retain limited transaction details such as the provider name, transaction identifier, purchase amount, status, and the final digits or card type when supplied by the provider.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

PureLeads may use cookies, session storage, logs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, preserve settings, protect forms, prevent fraud, remember preferences, measure performance, and operate core features.

Types of cookies

  • Strictly necessary: authentication, sessions, security, load balancing, and requested functionality.
  • Preference: saved interface and account choices.
  • Performance or analytics: aggregated information about errors, page performance, and feature usage.

Browser controls may allow you to block or delete cookies. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent login, checkout, job processing, or other features from working correctly.

Do Not Track and opt-out preference signals

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because no uniform technical standard applies to all such signals, our response may vary. Where legally required and technically supported, PureLeads will process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, in accordance with applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, account status, transaction and support history, legal requirements, backup schedules, security needs, and whether the information is needed to establish or defend legal claims.

  • Account records may remain while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
  • Transaction and credit-ledger records may be kept for accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Search jobs and generated files may be deleted, archived, or regenerated according to operational and account requirements.
  • Security logs and backups may remain for limited periods after deletion from active systems.

We may retain deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.

Information Security

PureLeads uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. Measures may include access controls, password hashing, encrypted connections, session protections, logging, backups, software updates, and service-provider controls.

No internet transmission, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, using a strong and unique password, signing out from shared devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized account access.

If a security incident affects information for which notification is legally required, PureLeads will provide notice as required by applicable law.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to PureLeads or the information at issue, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to or confirmation of personal information we maintain about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of certain personal information.
  • Obtain a portable copy of certain information.
  • Opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling when those activities and rights apply.
  • Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information when applicable.
  • Appeal a decision on a privacy request when required by applicable law.

Submitting a request

Submit a request through PureLeads Support or email support@pureleads.us . Describe the right you want to exercise and identify the account or business information involved.

We may need to verify your identity, authority, account, or relationship to a business before completing a request. Verification information will be used only for request processing and security. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification.

Rights are subject to legal exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to complete transactions, protect security, prevent fraud, comply with law, exercise legal rights, or maintain records permitted by law.

Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from optional marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method included in the message. PureLeads may still send essential account, transaction, security, support, and legal notices.

Children’s Privacy

PureLeads is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to PureLeads, contact us so the information can be reviewed and, when appropriate, deleted.

Users must also satisfy any minimum age requirement in the PureLeads Terms of Service and applicable law.

United States Processing and International Users

PureLeads is operated from the United States. If you use the Services from another country, information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your country.

Where required, PureLeads will use an appropriate transfer mechanism or other legally recognized safeguard.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to third-party websites, business profiles, map results, social networks, payment pages, and other services. PureLeads does not control the privacy, security, availability, or content practices of independent third parties.

Review the privacy policy of each third party before submitting information or using its service.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, technology, data practices, legal requirements, or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
